The Curtis Guest House sits proudly as a cornerstone of the Ocean Park square and needs immediate structural foundation work to preserve it for future generations. The Curtis, quite literally, needs your support. A recent maintenance inspection revealed that substantial foundation work is needed to maintain the integrity and original structure of the building. A little over $100,000 is needed to complete the work.
